The Nortel Speech Processing Platform provides multi-function speech processing capabilities in an open client environment and is known as Nortel Speech Server. As an advanced speech processing platform that may be combined with our MPS interactive voice response platform, the Speech Server incorporates Large Vocabulary Speech Recognition, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Speaker Verification technologies.

The Speech Server provides the capability to deploy complex algorithms for rapidly evolving technology efficiently, minimizing the time required to test and debug new algorithms. The Speech Server architecture is designed to support advanced speech-processing applications in an open and scalable environment so that it can grow with your business.
