Overview

Service Creation Environment (SCE) is a full life cycle graphical development tool for designing, implementing, testing and documenting VoiceXML and CCXML applications. SCE reduces the cost for developing applications and greatly improves time to market for new applications and revisions. It provides a single high level graphical workflow representation of your applications including contact center, self service and messaging components.

Service Creation Environment provides offline and online workflow creation supporting best practices as well as provides design documentation and support for the simulation, debug, test and monitoring of workflows. SCE is tightly integrated with the OAM systems for the Nortel Applications Center portfolio and is designed to support the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) paradigm. The SCE tool has open design for future extensions (CTI, Business Application Integration, BPL, Parlay X).
