The Integrated Element Management System (IEMS) is a comprehensive solution for voice over packet networks that solves many of today's network management challenges: reducing operational complexity and associated costs, leveraging existing operations infrastructure and processes, and enabling new services to increase revenue. The IEMS delivers OSS interface aggregation, hardware platform consolidation, a centralized browser and launch-point, and enhanced security.
